本技术构建了以空间效益为主线、地理信息系统技术为平台，包括基于空间效益的空间规模分析与规划、基于空间适宜性的产业空间布局规划、基于空间准入的项目控制导则、基于空间效益的空间优化整合规划的可持续产业园区规划设计方法。使用该技术前，需对规划范围及周边地区开展调研。

Introduction

This technology enables methods for planning and design of sustainable industrial parks that focus on spaceefficiency and function via geographic information system. lt includes the space scale analysis and planningbased on space efficiency, the industrial space layout planning based on space suitability, the project controguideline based on space access, and the space optimization, integration and planning based on space efficiency.Before using this technology, a survey on the area subject to planning and its surrounding shall be conducted.
