技术简介

本技术解决了大宗固体废弃物和废加气混凝土砌块的再循环利用问题,实现了大宗固体废弃物的“规模化-资源化-清洁化-高附加值”四方面协同技术。采用火山灰(或具有火山灰特质工业固体废弃物)或石英尾砂等大宗工业固体废弃物为硅质原料,以水泥、石灰或工业固体废弃物诸如电石泥为钙质材料,外掺废加气硅酸盐陶粒混凝土粉末和水,经搅拌混合、造粒、静养和蒸压养护工艺制备硅酸盐陶粒。


Introduction

This technology solves the recycling problem of bulk solid waste and waste aerated concrete blocks, andrealizes a collaborative technology of "large scale-resource utilization-cleanliness-high added value" of bulk solidwaste. The technology adopts volcanic ash (or industrial solid waste with volcanic ash characteristics) or quartztailings and other bulk industrial solid waste as siliceous raw materials, and cement, lime or industrial solidwaste, such as calcium carbide mud as calcium materials, mixed with waste aerated silicate ceramic concretepowder and water to prepare silicate ceramic pellets through mixing, blending, granulation, static and autoclavedmaintenance process.
