本技术通过建立大坝多源信息感知体系，整合水库大坝安全诊断与预警理论与方法，基于物联网、大数据、云计算和虚拟现实等新技术，构建水库大坝安全智慧监管云服务平台，实现区域水库大坝信息感知、智能分析、突发事件应急决策支持，保障水库大坝安全长效运行。

Introduction

By establishing a multi-source information perception system for dams, integrating theories and methods ofreservoir dam safety diagnosis and early warning, and based on new technologies such as Internet of Things, bigdata, cloud computing and virtual reality, this technology builds a cloud service platform for intelligentsupervision of reservoir dam safety to realize regional reservoir dam information perception, inteligent analysisand emergency decision support, so as to ensure the safe and long-term operation of reservoir dams.
