技术简介

本技术使用工业废渣环氧丙烷渣(电石泥渣)，通过水热合成蒸压养护工艺制备用于承重结构的人造轻集料一新型高性能建筑材料，解决工业废渣污染问题的同时又创造了直接的经济效益，产学研相融合，实现了工业废渣的资源化利用，具有经济与环境的双重价值。

Introduction

This technology converts propylene oxide residue (calcium carbide slag) from industrial production intoartificial light aggregate (a new high-performance building material) for load-carrying structures through hydrothermal synthesis, steam and pressure curing processes, lt reduces the pollution caused by industrial residuewhile bringing direct economic benefits. Through industry-university-research cooperation, it accomplishesresource utilization of industrial residue, and also creates economic and environmental values.
