On the morning of September 11th, an academic delegation from Latin American universities, led by the Council of Latin American Management Institute (hereinafter referred to as "CLADEA") and headed by its president Gisela Veritier, visited the CLTTC for research and exchange. The delegation consisted of representatives from six countries' universities and academic institutions, namely Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador. Deputy Director of the Center's Office Yao Fang and Project Supervisor Huang Qiongli attended the reception.

During the visit, Huang Qiongli introduced the center's exhibition hall to the delegation, systematically elaborating on the construction background, functional positioning and key work achievements of the center as the only comprehensive cross-border technology transfer institution in China that focuses on Latin America and the Caribbean region. The delegation members gained a deeper understanding of the platform construction and cooperation with Latin America through on-site visits and listening to the explanations.

As an important platform for implementing the "Belt and Road Initiative" Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan, the center integrates resources from Chinese and Latin American universities, research institutions, and enterprises, promoting the deep integration of industry, academia, and research. This exchange has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent cooperation between the two sides. Both sides will take this as a new starting point, relying on the CLADEA university network and the center's technology cooperation system, to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism. They will conduct practical cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, technology connection, and outcome implementation, to help China's advanced and applicable technologies enter Latin America and jointly write a new chapter in China-Latin America education and technology cooperation.
