On the afternoon of September 9th, in order to conduct a special topic research on "Building a National-level Innovation Hub for Technological Trade", Jiang Yanjun, the director of the Municipal Situation Research Center of the Communist Party of Dongguan Municipal Committee, led a team to conduct a research and exchange visit to the CLTTC. Dai Xianzong, the director of the Technology Transfer and Regional Cooperation Department of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the director of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau (Municipal Intellectual Property Protection Center), along with representatives from other relevant units, accompanied the research and participated in the discussion.

At the symposium, the representatives of the center introduced the operation model of the CLTTC, the achievements of technological innovation cooperation in Latin America, and the progress of key projects. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on key tasks such as international technology trade cooperation, the implementation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the construction and operation of scientific and technological innovation platforms. They exchanged opinions on leveraging the platform's resource advantages, serving the development of key industries in Dongguan, and expanding the paths for technological exchanges and industrial cooperation with Latin America. They also exchanged views on key topics such as the construction of cross-border technology transfer service capabilities, cross-departmental collaborative linkage, establishing a regular cooperation mechanism, and improving the quality and efficiency of technological transfer.

This research focused on the efforts of Dongguan to establish a national-level innovation hub for technology trade. The exchanges and cooperation between the two parties further enhanced the synergy among policy research, technology management, intellectual property supervision, investment promotion services, on-the-ground practices of townships, and international technology transfer platforms. This has provided valuable references for improving and perfecting the technology trade service system in Dongguan, promoting high-quality industrial development and high-level opening-up, and has also opened up new paths for deepening practical cooperation in scientific and technological innovation between China and Latin America.
