On July 24th, Alejandra Di Franco, the deputy secretary of international affairs at the cabinet office of the Province of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and Juan Sebastián Rodríguez, an advisor at the deputy secretary's office for territorial affairs, visited the CLTTC. They held a discussion and exchange of opinions with representatives such as Zhang Fanjing, the director of the office of the CLTTC, on topics such as deepening scientific and technological innovation cooperation and promoting local exchanges.

During the exchange, Zhang Fanjing stated that the CL focuses on technology transfer as its main line, continuously building a bridge for scientific and technological innovation cooperation between China and Latin America, and promoting the cross-border flow and efficient allocation of innovation resources. The representative from Province of Buenos Aires in Argentina introduced the basic national conditions of Argentina, the economic development and resource endowment of Province B, and expressed concern about the platform resources of the center such as the China-LAC Digital Education University Alliance. Both sides discussed deepening local exchanges and expanding technological cooperation through the center's platform, laying a solid foundation for promoting China's high-level opening-up and China-Latin America scientific and technological innovation cooperation.

In the future, CLTTC will continue to integrate the innovation resources of both China and Latin America, expand the channels of scientific and technological cooperation with Argentina, promote the connection of innovation resources and technological exchanges between the two sides, and contribute to the deepening of scientific and technological innovation cooperation between China and Latin America.
