本技术成果使用活性单体作为反应稀释剂，免除了传统工艺中丙酮等非活性稀释剂的蒸除步骤，实现生产过程零排放。同时，通过自乳化结构设计与互穿网络形态结构调控，控制合成过程中的相转变过程，并深入探索了分散体分子结构对于下游水性材料产品综合应用性能影响规律，有效提高了水性材料硬度、耐水、耐热能力。

Introduction

The technical achievement uses active monomer as reaction diluent, which eliminates the distillation step ofinactive diluent such as acetone in traditional process and realizes zero emission during production. At the sametime, through selfemulsifying structure design and interpenetrating network morphological structure controlthe phase transition process in the synthesis process is controlled, and the influence law of dispersion molecularstructure on the comprehensive application performance of downstream aqueous material products is deeplyexplored, which effectively improves the hardness, water resistance and heat resistance of aqueous materials.
