技术简介

采用口径为200-1200mm中空壁缠绕管和200-600mm双壁波纹管生产线，并使用1200A型大口径管材扩口承插接头注塑机制作管材接头，配套使用1500t和2500t大容量注塑机生产对应的塑料检查井和管件接头等部件，形成一条完整市政管道管材生产线，覆盖多系列多型号缠绕管和波纹管。

Introduction

The production line of hollow-wall winding pipes with a diameter of 200-1200 mm and double-wallcorrugated pipes with a diameter of 200-600 mm is adopted, and the pipe joints are made by 1200A large-diameter pipe flared socket joint injection molding machine. 1500 t and 2500 t large-capacity injection moldingmachines are used to produce corresponding plastic inspection wells, pipe fittings and other components. Theseform a complete municipal pipe production line covering multiple series and models of winding and corrugatedpipes.
