环氧树脂地坪具有美观、防尘、耐化学品腐蚀等优点，但其耐磨性能差、硬度低、不耐划、容易被车辆机械等损伤，且其施工成本高，耐火性能差、还有化学气味；一般使用3-5年。金刚砂地坪具有耐磨损、施工简便等优点。但其不抗渗、不耐久、不耐腐蚀；使用一段时间后，地面容易出现翻砂、起尘、粉化、空鼓、开裂等现象。
