技术简介

该技术无需复杂设施和设备，3~5分钟通过膜吸附方法完成核酸制备，40分钟完成病原核酸等温扩增和显色，利用简易保温装置(保温杯或金属浴)在生产现场即可完成水产苗种、成体的病原检测，灵敏度不低于常规PCR检测方法。

Introduction

This technology requires no complicated facilities or equipment, lt takes only 3-5 minutes to preparenucleic acid by membrane adsorption method and 40 minutes to complete isothermal amplification and coloidevelopment of pathogenic nucleic acid. A simple thermal insulation device (thermos cup or metal bath) will beused to complete the pathogen detection of aquatic seedlings and adults on the production site, with sensitivitynot lower than that of conventional PCR detection methods.
