技术简介

该技术在注浆施工中采取先进行无压灌浆、再进行微压注浆、最后进行反复多次有压注浆(逐次提高注浆压力)的方式，并采用泡沫混凝土可以大大提高针对地下煤炭采空区和废巷道进行注浆充填的施工效率，大幅缩短施工工期，降低施工成本，从而真正将注浆的压力提高至5MPa左右，保障施工质量。

Introduction

This technology adopts the method of non-pressure grouting, then micro-pressure grouting, and finallyrepeated pressure grouting (increasing the grouting pressure gradually) in the grouting construction, and adoptsthe foam concrete which can greatly improve the construction efficiency of grouting and filing for undergroundcoal goaf and abandoned roadway, greatly shortening the construction period, reducing the construction costreally increasing the grouting pressure to about 5 MPa, and guaranteeing the quality of construction.
