技术简介

该技术采用甘油为原料,利用微生物发酵转化生成1,3-丙二醇产品,具有工艺选择性高、操作条件温和、原料可再生等优点,目前已在国内完成万吨产业化示范。该项目技术是以生物柴油副产物甘油为原料生物发酵生产1,3-丙二醇,实现副产物的“变废为宝”,相对于化学法,生物发酵法技术温和,环境友好。


Introduction

This technology adopts glycerol as raw material and uses microbial fermentation to produce 1,3-propanediol, which has the advantages of high process selectivity, mild operating conditions and renewable rawmaterials, and has completed an industrial demonstration of 10,000 tons in China. The technology of this projectis to produce 1,3-propanediol by biofermentation using glycerol, a by-product of biodiesel, as raw material,realizing the "waste to treasure" of the by-product, which is milder and more environmentally friendly than thechemicalmethod.
