技术简介
本项目的关键技术是针对采用过滤和吸附净化二种功能,解决产生大量粉尘和氟化物的电解铝烟气对大气环境的污染,尤其是解决以往采用多台除尘器处理烟气中的密封性差和占地多的缺点。采用逆向二段反应技术,确保烟气干法吸附反应段固气比较低时获得较高的氟净化效率。
Introduction
This key technology adopts functions of filtration and adsorption purification to solve the problem ofpollution to the air environment caused by dust and fluoride from electrolytic aluminum flue gas, especially tosolve the disadvantages of poor sealing performance and large land occupation in treating flue gas withmultiple precipitators. The reverse two-stage reaction technology is adopted to ensure high fluorinepurification efficiency when the solid-gas ratio of the flue gas dry adsorption reaction section is low.
