技术简介

西矿环保首创性的开发出“高温电除尘器+SCR脱硝一体化技术”。SCR脱硝系统放置于预热器C1出口与余热锅炉之间，自预热器C1出口引烟气进入高温电除尘器进行预除尘，将烟气中的粉尘浓度降低至30g/Nm³以下，提高催化剂的机械及化学寿命，降尘后的烟气进入SCR脱硝系统实现NOx的高效脱除。

Introduction

Xikuang Environmental Protection has pioneered the development of "high-temperature electrostaticprecipitator +SCR denitration integration technology". The ScR denitration system is placed between thepreheater C1 outlet and the waste heat boiler. The flue gas from the preheater Cl outlet enters the high.temperature electrostatic precipitator for pre-dust removal, so as to reduce the concentration of dust in the fluegas to less than 30 g/Nm³ and improve the mechanical and chemical life of the catalyst. After dust reduction, theflue gas enters the SCR denitration system to realize efficient removal of NOx.
