创新性提出了酶法制备生物柴油新工艺，从根本上解除了传统酶法工艺的技术瓶颈，酶的使用寿命较常规酶法工艺延长了30倍以上。该工艺适用于高游离脂肪酸和水分的油脂原料，这些低品质油脂原料不需经过任何预处理就可被有效转化成生物柴油，油脂原料里的有效油脂到生物柴油的转化率高达98%以上。

Introduction

This is an innovative new process of enzymatic biodiesel production. lt fundamentally breaks through thetechnical bottleneck of the traditional enzymatic process, and extends the service life of the enzyme by morethan 30 times compared with the traditional process. The process is suitable for low quality oil and grease rawmaterials with high free fatty acid and moisture, which will be effectively converted into biodiesel without anypretreatment, and the conversion rate of effective oil and grease in the raw materials to biodiesel is up to 98% ormore.
