技术简介

锂辉石通过转型焙烧、酸化焙烧和浸出压滤后,锂以硫酸锂的形式进入溶液中,副产高硅锂渣用于水泥等建材行业。硫酸锂溶液经过多级净化除杂后,蒸发浓缩得到净化液,净化液与碳酸钠溶液混合沉淀、干燥后得到电池级碳酸锂。净化液经氢氧化钠转型冷冻结晶后,采用二次蒸发结晶,可以得到电池级氢氧化锂。
