技术简介
本技术以廉价、来源广泛的石英砂和含硅固废,如石棉尾矿、硅灰、粉煤灰等固废(主要为SiO₂)为原料,使其与氢氧化钠反应生成硅酸钠,通过添加改性剂,经溶胶-凝胶、微波-红外双辐射发泡-干燥等步骤,制备得到SiO₂气凝胶。本方法具有绿色、高效、无污染的特点;而且价格便宜,可使建筑能耗显著降低。
Introduction
In this technology, cheap and widely available quartz sand and silicon-containing solid waste (mainly SiO₂)such as asbestos tailings, silica fume and fly ash are used as raw materials to react with sodium hydroxide togenerate sodium silicate. By adding a modifier, SiO₂ aerogel is prepared through solgel, microwave-infraredbiradiate foaming-drying and other steps. The method is characterized by its greenness, high efficiency andpollution-free nature;, moreover, it is cheap and can significantly reduce building energy consumption.
