技术简介

该项目采用复合隔膜电解产物氧化法对低氧化还原电位(以下简称ORP)酸性蚀铜液进行氧化处理,同时回收铜,降低蚀铜液的铜离子含量使其得以循环利用,酸性蚀刻液经复合隔膜电解,阳极产物为氯气。氯气通过射流装置回用到低ORP蚀刻液中进行吸收;蚀铜液中ORP经氧化升高,达到返回蚀刻液继续使用技术标准。


Introduction

In this project, the oxidation process of composite diaphragm electrolysis products is adopted to oxidize theacidic copper etching solution with low oxidation-reduction potential (hereinafter referred to as ORP), and at thesame time, copper is recovered to reduce the copper ion content in the copper etching solution for recycling. Theacidic etching solution is electrolyzed by the composite diaphragm, and the anode product is chlorine. Thechlorine is recycled through a fluidic device to the low ORP etching solution for absorption; the ORP in the copperetching solution rises after oxidation, reaching the technical standard for reuse of the etching solution.
