The "Guangdong-Latin America Friendship" Spring Exchange Programme was held at the South China Agricultural University (SCAU) Park and was organized by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee with the participation of Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Provincial Party Committee Cang Feng, Vice President of SACU Qiu Rongliang, representatives of the Consulates of Latin American countries in Guangzhou, CLTTC,experts of Jinan University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Dongguan University of Science and Technology.

At the event, Yuan Jin Yun, Chief Scientist of CLTTC, and Chen Baiman, responsible for the preparatory team of CLTTC, introduced the basic information of CLTTC and exchanged views with representatives of Latin American consulates and enterprises in Latin America, and reached preliminary cooperation intentions. At the end of the event, experts from SCAU led a group trip to the campus, visit the Agricultural Museum, and appreciate the characteristics of Lingnan Informal Heritage, as well as to take a group photo.
