At the invitation of the Embassy of Mexico in China, Mr. Chen Baiman, the head of CLTTC and the team members attended the reception of Dr. Jose A. Seade, Guest Professor of Tsinghua University,and the President of the Mexican Academy of Sciences, who was elected as the President of the Center. The event was organized by the Embassy of Mexico in China, with the participation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Mathematics and System Sciences, the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications, Tsinghua University, the University of Science and Technology of Beijing, the Dongguan University of Science and Technology, the Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University, and other academic institutions.

The Mexican Ambassador to China said at the reception that the Mexican needs to deepen the relationship with China, strengthen the academic and scientific cooperation , and continue to explore and support between the two countries.
