On January 8, 2025, the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC) and Beijing Wenhua Online Education Technology Co., Ltd. (Wenhua Online) signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking the official start of a long-term partnership. The signing ceremony was attended by You Sibi, Deputy Director of the Division of Science and Technology Cooperation and Talent Introduction at the Dongguan Science and Technology Bureau; Jin Shanguo, Chairman and President of Wenhua Online; Huang Shuxia, General Manager of International Business; Chi Susuang, General Manager for the Guangdong Region; Hu Qinhua, Member of the Party Committee of Dongguan University of Technology; CLTTC Executive Director Chen Baiman, among other representatives.

Under the witness of officials and delegates, the CLTTC and Wenhua Online formally signed the agreement. Leveraging their respective strengths in resources and technology, the two parties will focus on talent development needs in Latin America, accelerating the region's transition toward digital education and contributing to the CLTTC's broader goal of building a robust China-Latin America resource system.

During the ceremony, Mr. Jin highlighted the importance of continuously exploring innovative cooperation models to enhance global educational influence and contribute to China's goal of becoming a leading power in education. Executive Director Chen Baiman emphasized that, through the establishment of integrated industry-education programs and the implementation of localized, multidisciplinary talent training models, the collaboration will help promote the deep integration and sharing of high-quality Chinese educational resources across Latin America. With the support of the China-LAC Digital Education University Alliance, the partnership will advance a new phase of educational cooperation between China and Latin America. Looking ahead, the CLTTC and Wenhua Online will maintain close collaboration, promoting extensive cooperation in talent development and academic exchange, and contributing actively to the mutual enrichment of educational practices between China and Latin America.
