China-Latin America Technology Transfer Center and Dongguan Law Society Promote International Intellectual Property Cooperation

To jointly promote the construction of China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center, on March 12, 2024, China-Latin America Technology Transfer Center and Dongguan Law Society Corporate Compliance Law Research Association held a working seminar in Conference Room 501, Building A3, Dongguan International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cooperation Base. Seventeen representatives of the Research Society, including Zheng Yumin, Dean of the School of Law and Social Work of Dongguan Institute of Technology, and Wu Jianlin, Director of Beijing Yingke (Dongguan) Law Firm, attended the meeting. In contrast, Chen Baiman, Director of the Office of China-Latin America Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC), and Shi Zuoyu, Deputy Director and other representatives attended the meeting.

The meeting aimed to provide technology valuation and legal advice for internationalizing enterprises and ensure that technological innovation and intellectual property rights are effectively protected. At the meeting, the parties' representatives discussed issues such as the joint construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center, the construction of the China-Latin America Enterprise Promotion Association, and the legal and intellectual property protection issues of Chinese and Latin American enterprises.

The two sides will take this seminar on the construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center as an opportunity to deepen and strengthen the practical cooperation between China and Latin America in the fields of technological exchanges, law, and intellectual property rights, further promoting the healthy development of Chinese and Latin American enterprises and social progress.
