Yuan Jin Yun, Chief Scientist of CLTTC, was interviewed by the President of Brazil's press team in Shanghai. During the interview, Yuan introduced the development of CLTTC, which aims to build a platform for science and technology innovation and technology transfer with countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, to build a collaborative network linking industry, academia and research in China and Latin America, and to provide international technology information and services for the transfer of scientific and technological achievements. China and Brazil are both developing countries with similar national conditions and demands for stable development, and it is hoped that through CLTTC, participating organizations can achieve a multi-win-win situation.
