On January 23, a delegation from the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC), led by Project Directors Zhang Fanjing and Yu Tianzuo, visited the Embassy of Plurinational State of Bolivia in the People's Republic of China in Beijing and held discussions with His Excellency Hugo Siles, Ambassador of Bolivia to China, and other representatives. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on future cooperation plans, reaching preliminary consensus on promoting mutual learning and assistance across multiple fields, thereby injecting new momentum into the collaborative development.

During the meeting, the CLTTC's representative provided a detailed introduction to its key projects, followed by extensive discussions on technology development and innovation cooperation. Ambassador Siles spoke highly of the Center's pivotal role in advancing China-Latin America collaboration and expressed his continued support for its annual initiatives. Additionally, both parties explored plans for establishing sister-city relations between Bolivian cities and Dongguan, with a signing ceremony expected to take place this year. They also committed to ensuring the effective implementation of all agreed-upon measures. This dialogue further strengthened the partnership between China and Bolivia, unlocking new opportunities for bilateral relations and laying a more solid foundation for future cooperation.

Looking ahead, the CLTTC remains committed to enhancing collaboration between China and Bolivia, particularly in technology transfer, academic research, educational exchanges, and trade. By fostering a broader and more efficient cooperation network, the Center aims to elevate bilateral relations to a higher and deeper level of development.
