Recently, Huang Qiongli and Yang Ming, project managers of the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC), embarked on a two-day in-depth visit and collaboration exchange in Beijing. During this period, the delegation was invited to attend the China "Thousand Universities & Ten Thousand Enterprises" Collaborative Innovation Platform Technology Managers Forum and the 2024 China Scientific and Technological Achievements Industry Review Release Conference. They also visited key partner institutions, including ULearning Beijing and LATAMCHINATECH. This grand event brought together leaders and industry elites from government, industry, academia, research institutions, and the financial sector to witness the release of the "Top Ten News in China's Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Industry." During the conference, the organizers officially released the 2024 review report on China's scientific and technological achievements transformation, aiming to further enhance precise collaboration between universities and enterprises.
Through a series of experience-sharing sessions and discussions on scientific and technological achievements transformation, the CLTTC gained deeper insights into the latest industry developments. Moving forward, the Center will continue to focus on and promote university-enterprise technology exchanges, accelerate the transformation of China-LAC technological cooperation achievements, and actively implement collaborative projects between the China-LAC Digital Education Alliance and enterprises to achieve more profound cooperation and development.

During the meeting, representatives from ULearning shared insights on their international development strategy and smart education promotion initiatives, analyzing the prospects of digital education from a forward-looking perspective on educational innovation. Representatives from the CLTTC elaborated on the development needs and latest progress in the preparation of the "China-LAC Digital Education University Alliance" project. Both sides engaged in productive and in-depth discussions on key topics related to China-Latin America education. ULearning expressed its commitment to providing further support in digital education promotion, development, and commercialization strategies. The dialogue included an in-depth analysis of cross-border technology collaboration and its potential as a powerful driver for innovation.
