On April 17, Zhang Yaowu, Director of Zhejiang Science and Technology Exchange and Talent Service Center, Zheng Ting, Director of the Office, and Li Jie, Deputy Director of the Department of Technical Cooperation, and other members of the team visited CLTTC for investigation.

Shi Zuoyu, Deputy Director of the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC), gave a detailed introduction of CLTTC's operation and main achievements to the research group, and the two sides communicated and exchanged views on issues such as international technology transfer, construction of overseas platforms and channels, and talent project introduction and implementation, etc.

Both sides expressed their common visions and goals in many fields, and expressed a strong desire to establish brotherhood units and share resources.

Zhang Youwu said that the Zhejiang Science and Technology Exchange and Talent Service Center is actively preparing for the "China-EU Talent Exchange and Innovation Cooperation Center" approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, which is expected to be formally inaugurated in May, with the introduction of European talent and innovation resources as the focus of the work, and is committed to promoting the interoperability of innovation resources in China and Europe. Through this research, both sides have established closer ties and look forward to jointly promoting international technology transfer, talent introduction and innovation cooperation in the future.
