To promote the development of Sino-Brazilian friendly relations and to ensure the smooth implementation of the activities of the 2nd China-Latin America Technology Exchange and Cooperation Development Forum and the International Academic Conference of the São Paulo Week in Brazil, on April 8, Shi Zuoyu, Deputy Director of the Office of the China-Latin America Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC), Zhang Fanjing and Yu Tianzuo, Project Supervisors, and their entourage were invited to visit the Consulate General of Brazil in Guangzhou. They had a friendly meeting with Alan Coêlho de Séllos, Consul General of Brazil in Guangzhou.

During the meeting, Director Shi Zuoyu introduced to the Consul General of Brazil in Guangzhou the 2nd China-Latin America Technology Exchange and Cooperation Forum planning program and the International Academic Conference of Sao Paulo Week in Brazil. He indicated that CELTA was steadily advancing the preparatory work and was going to extend invitations to representatives of Brazilian and Latin American governments, enterprises, and universities to participate in the conference. Mr. Allen spoke highly of the work of CLTTC. He emphasized that the Consulate General would provide all-round support to the scientific and technological exchanges between China and Brazil and assist China-Latin America Technology Transfer Center in inviting more Brazilian entrepreneurs and researchers in China to attend the event.

The seminar not only helped to ensure the forum's smooth progress but also set up a channel and bridge to promote good communication between CELTA and relevant Brazilian departments and enterprises. In the future, China-Latin America Technology Transfer Center will deepen the cooperation consensus and work together to promote the friendly relationship between China and Brazil to a new level and show new vitality.
