本生产技术关键设备为单螺杆挤压膨化机，该设备能够一次进料，完成挤压、剪切、膨化、成型、熟化等工序。在挤压机腔内通过螺杆挤压改变燕麦原料的理化成分和物质结构以及调整膨化机的各项参数完成物料的自热、灭酶、膨化、自熟、干燥等一系列过程。将复杂的机械能一热能一化学能转化过程通过设备的简单操作得以实现。

Introduction

The key equipment of the production technology is a single-screw puffed food extruder, which completesmaterial feeding in one step and performs all processes including extrusion, shearing, puffing, molding andcuring. The screw extrudes the oat raw materials in the extruder cavity so that the materials' physical andchemical compositions and material structures are changed. By adjusting the parameters of the extruder, theuser completes the processes of the whole line, including heating, enzyme inactivation, puffing, curing anddrying. The complex mechanical-thermal-chemical energy conversion process is fulfilled by simple operation ofthe equipment.
