本成果属于可持续发展技术,涉及能源节约、资源循环利用及环境友好技术,以丙烯腈为原料,在常温下,通过生物酶催化与水反应制备丙烯酰胺,丙烯酰胺外销的同时,将丙烯酰胺与其他功能单体原料按比例配制,调节pH、温度,经聚合反应、过滤后水溶性分散聚合制备废纸再生助剂。


Introduction

This is a sustainable development technology, involving energy conservation, resource recycling andenvironment-friendly technologies. Acrylonitrile, the raw material, reacts with water under the catalysis ofbiological enzyme at normal temperature and produces acrylamide. While selling some of the acrylamide, someother portion of the product will be mixed with other functional monomer raw materials in proportion. Afteradjustment of the pH value and temperature, waste paper recycling additives are produced throughpolymerization reaction and water-soluble dispersion polymerization after filtration.
