技术提供先进的清洁生产工艺及设备，应用于纸浆无元素氯漂白工艺，提高纸浆收率，减少废水排放量，解决了传统制浆漂白过程产生的AOX生物毒性大且对环境污染严重等问题。采用综合法二氧化氯制备技术的生产过程主要由三个主要单元组成，即NaClO3电解、HCI合成和ClO₂生成单元。

Introduction

This technology provides advanced cleaning and production process and equipment for ECF pulp bleachingwhich improves pulp vield, reduces wastewater discharge, and solves the problems of high biological toxicity ancserious environmental pollution of AOX generated in the traditional pulp bleaching process. The productionprocess of the integrated chlorine dioxide preparation technology mainly consists of three units, namely NaClO3 electrolysis,HCl synthesis and ClO₂generation.
