鹏凯圆利用三相分离系统所形成的气提作用实现了泥水混合液在系统内的无动力回流,有效降低能源消耗,同时加强了泥水混合效率,从而提高生物处理效率;采用工厂预制,现场焊接拼装的模块化装配式建设模式代替传统的土建方式,基建占比小、建设周期不足三个月,大大缩减了建设能耗成本。
Introduction
Pengkaiyuan utilizes the airlift effect formed by a three-phase separation system to realize the powerlessback-flow of slurry-water mixture in the system, which effectively reduces energy consumption and enhancesslurry-water mixing efficiency, thus improving biological treatment efficiency; the modular construction mode offactory prefabrication and on-site welding assembly is adopted to replace the traditional civil engineeringmethod, with a small proportion of infrastructure construction and a construction period of less than threemonths, which greatly reduces the energy consumption cost of construction.
