技术简介

技术原理是基于氨与水分子相对挥发度的差异,采用汽提精馏原理将氨氮以分子氨的形式从水中分离,并经塔顶冷凝后回收得到浓度16%-25%的氨水,脱氨后废水氨氮低于10mg/L,可直接排放或回用,也可进入后续金属回收系统进一步处理。


Introduction

The technology principle is based on the difference in relative volatility of ammonia and water moleculesusing the principle of steam distillation to separate ammonia nitrogen from water in the form of moleculalammonia, and after condensation at the top of the tower to recover ammonia water with a concentration of 16%.25%, the ammonia nitrogen of the wastewater after deamination is lower than 10 mg/L, which means that thewastewater can be directly discharged or reused, or can enter the subsequent metal recovery system for furthel treatment.
