该技术是一项针对制革生产过程中产生的固废进行资源化利用的技术，具体包括：制革灰皮废肉渣清洁化处理工艺，利用制革废毛渣制备蛋白填料技术、利用含铬废渣生产蛋白基皮革复鞣填充剂和铬鞣剂技术。关键技术流程为水解-浓缩-改性-干燥。关键装备包括：(1)物料收集、输送装置；(2)蒸球、反应釜装置；(3)压滤装置；(4)三效浓缩塔；(5)喷雾干燥塔。

Introduction

This technology is for resource utilization of solid waste generated in the tanning production process, specifically includingcleaning treatment process of lime plte waste residue, preparation of protein filler from the leather waste residue, andproduction of protein-based leather retanning filer and chrome tanning agent from chromium-containing waste residue. Thekey process is hydrolysis-concentration-modification-drying. The key equipment includes (1) material collection and conveyingdevice; (2) rotary spherical digester and reactor device; (3) filter pressing device; (4) three-effect concentration tower; (5) spraydrying tower.
