技术简介

该技术是基于循环流化床气化原理开发的一种以碎煤及粉煤为原料制取煤气的工艺。在充分利用流态化反应器混合充分、温度均匀等优点的基础上，采用“梯级余热回收”技术优化了气化系统的换热环节，将粗煤气中的大量余热用于产生高温气化剂，实现“高温助燃”，使反应的不可逆损失降至最低。

Introduction

This technology is based on the principle of circulating fluidized bed gasification and is a process forproducing gas from crushed and pulverized coal. On the basis of the full utilization of the advantages of thefluidized reactor such as adequate mixing and uniform temperature, the "ladder-type waste heat recovery'technology is used to optimize the heat exchange link of the gasification system, so that a large amount of wasteheat in the crude gas can be used to generate a high temperature gasification agent and achieve "hightemperature combustion". This minimizes the irreversible losses of the reaction.
