技术简介

该技术采用封闭截面多腔铝型材构成的车身骨架和覆于车身骨架可拆卸式的高分子材料车身外饰件构成轻量化汽车结构。在汽车最基础领域实现技术创新,运用“三新技术”改变车身生产方式,大幅度缩短产品开发周期、制造流程和工序,有利于降低汽车工厂投资和车型投资,便于纯电动汽车车型开发和迭代。


Introduction

This technology adopts a body frame composed of closed-section multi-cavity aluminum profiles anddetachable body exterior trim parts that are made of high polymer materials and covered on the body frame toform a lightweight automobile structure. Technological innovation in the most basic automobile field is realizedand "three new technologies (battery, motor and electronic control)" are used to change the body productiormode and greatly shorten the product development cycle, manufacturing process and working procedure, whichis conducive to reducing the investment in automobile factories and vehicle models and facilitates thedevelopment and iteration of battery electric vehicles.
