LYCS型铸造纯平板空气预热器高温区采用Nd钢换热板片，有效降低预热器整体重量，低温段采用厚度为5mm、板间距为15mm铸造换热纯平板，我司铸造纯平板竖直放置，不易积灰结垢；且有效解决露点腐蚀。同时铸铁合金平板间距可以根据燃料性质调整板间距，积灰结垢堵塞风道时，清理方便。
