以合成气、甲醇为原料,通过甲醇脱水制二甲醚,二甲醚与CO炭基化生产乙酸甲醋再加氢反应生成乙醇。该技术的关键核心是二甲醚多相拔基化制乙酸醋技术,以分子筛为催化剂,实现了二甲醚在非贵金属、无卤素、无强酸条件下高效转化为乙酸甲醋。
Introduction
Syngas and methanol are used as raw materials to produce dimethyl ether through methanol dehydration.and then the product is carbonvlated with CO to produce methyl acetate. At the end, ethanol is generated throug'vdrogenation, The key of the technology is acetate production through the heterogeneous carbonylation oidimethyl ether. With molecular sieve as catalyst, dimethyl ether is efficiently converted into methyl acetate undernon-noble metal, halogen-free and strong acid-free conditions.
