技术简介

该技术可以使化学反应液在流过微反应器内部腔体的过程中实现高效、微量、换热的化学反应，可以解决传统工艺反应不彻底、反应釜局部剧烈热量释放不出去产生爆炸等技术难题，可在磺化、硝化、直接氟化、氧化、过氧化、酰胺化、重氮化等各类强放热和易燃易爆的气一液和液一液反应过程中取代传统反应釜。

Introduction

This technology can realize efficient and heat-exchange chemical reactions of the chemical reaction liquid ina small amount in the process of flowing through the internal cavity of the microreactor, solve such technicaproblems as the incomplete reaction in the traditional process and explosion caused by local violent heat releasefailure of the reactor, and replace the traditional reactor in various strongly exothermic, flammable and explosivegas-liquid and liquid-liguid reaction processes like sulfonation, nitration, direct fluorination, oxidation, peroxideamidation and diazotization.
