技术简介
针对青蒿素生产过程中存在的效率低、溶剂损失大、环境负荷重、能耗高等问题,开发了“浸提→浓缩一萃取→结晶→重结晶→产品”的青蒿素生产新工艺,对影响生产效率、能耗、产品质量的关键工段(即浓缩、萃取分离)进行了新过程开发,并结合物质-能量-环境三要素完成了全系统优化集成,获得了青蒿素生产新技术。
Introduction
In view of such problems as low efficiency, large solvent loss, heavy environmental load and high energyconsumption in the artemisinin production process, a new artemisinin production process of "digestion -concentration -> extraction -* crystallization -> recrystalization -* product" has been developed. New processeshave been developed for key sections (i.e., concentration, extraction and separation) that affect productionefficiency, energy consumption and product quality, and the whole system has been optimized and integrated incombination with the three elements of substance-energy-environment, A new production technology ofartemisinin has been developed.
