该技术利用乳化原理和热增溶原理,将含油污泥处理后油相从固相表面脱附或聚集分离,再通过机械离心作用实现油、水、泥三相分离。经热清洗后污泥矿物油含量低于2%,再利用微生物深度降解,经微生物吸收、降解和转化后,污泥含油量可达到《农用污泥中污染控制标准》B级污泥产物矿物油含量限值3‰以下。
Introduction
This technology utilizes the principle of emulsification and thermal solubilization to separate the oil phasefrom the surface of the solid phase after the treatment of oil-containing sludge and then realizes the separation ofthe three phases of oil, water and sludge through mechanical centrifugation. After thermal washing, the mineraloil content of sludge is less than 2%, and then microorganisms are used for deep degradation. Aftermicroorganisms' absorption, degradation and transformation, the oil content of sludge can reach below 3%o ofthe mineral oil content limit of Grade B sludge products in the Control Standards for Pollutants in Sludges fromAgricultural Use.
