技术简介

该技术通过同步送粉添料方式,利用高能密度的束流使添加材料与高速率运动的基体材料表面同时熔化,并快速凝固后形成稀释率极低,与基体呈冶金结合的熔覆层,极大提高熔覆速率,显著改善基体材料表面工艺特性的工艺方法。具有效率高、粉末利用率高、能源节省、工序少、涂层稀释率低、性能好等特点。


Introduction

This technology uses high energy density beams to make the added material melt simultaneously with thesurface of the substrate material which is moving at high speed through synchronized powder feeding and addingand forms a cladding layer with extremely low dilution rate and metallurgical bonding with the substrate afterrapid solidification, which greatly improves the cladding rate, and significantly improves the processcharacteristics of the surface of the substrate material., it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high powderutilization rate, energy saving, less working procedures, low cladding layer dilution ratio and good performance.
