技术简介

原理是通过高分辨率影像(<=2米)和处理得到反射率影像，进而利用一般水体和黑臭水体的反射率差异，识别和分级黑臭水体。功能是对污染水体大范围排查，治理过程监督，治理成效评估。

The principle is to obtain reflectance images through high-resolution images (< 2 m) and their processing.and then identify and classify black and odorous water bodies via the reflectance difference between generalwater bodies and black and odorous water bodies. The function is to check polluted water bodies extensively.supervise the treatment process and evaluate the treatment effect.
