技术简介

生活垃圾在没有氧化器(空气、氧气、水蒸气)存在或只提供有限氧(缺氧)的条件下,热解炉加热到200℃~300℃,通过热化学反应将生物大分子物质(木质素、纤维素、和半纤维素)分解成较小分子的燃料物质(气体、焦油、半焦)的热化学转化技术方法。在热解过程中对有机质其进行加热蒸馏,使有机物产生裂解,经冷凝后形成气体、液体和固体,从中提取焦油。


Introduction

it refers to the thermochemical conversion technology for decomposing biomacromolecular substances(lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose) into smaller molecule fuel substances (gas, tar and semi-coke) throughthermochemical reaction when domestic waste is heated to 200°C~300°C in a pyrolysis furnace in the event thatthere is no oxidizer (air, oxygen and water vapor) or only limited oxygen (anoxia). in the pyrolysis process, theorganic matter is heated and distilled until it gets pyrolyzed; after the pyrolyzed organic matter is condensed, itturns into gas, liquid and solid, from which tar is extracted.
