技术简介

通过工艺设计和过程控制,将高含CaO热生料送入预热器和余热锅炉入口处，实现生产过程干法脱硫。通过模拟仿真和工程设计，实现NOx排放<50mg/Nm³、吨水泥熟料氨水(20%)<2kg。

Introduction

Through process design and process control, hot raw material with high CaO content is sent to the inlets ofthe preheater and waste heat boiler for dry desulfurization in the production process. Through simulation andengineering design, the NOx emission concentration is less than 50mg/Nm³ and the ammonia water (20%) perton of cement clinker is less than 2 kg.
