基于大数据精细化大气污染源管控系统,收集优化大气监测、污染源排放、气象预报、卫星遥感、地形地貌等数据资源,借助于GIS空间分析工具,通过典型耦合优化算法反演获取源排放参数,在线模拟大气污染物扩散过程,估算各类大气污染物的时序变化排放量,对重度污染天气情况进行预警预报,为解决环境污染问题提供思路和技术支持。
Introduction
This system collects and optimizes data resources like atmospheric monitoring, pollution source emission.meteorological forecast, satellite remote sensing, topography and geomorphology. With the help of Gis spatiaanalysis tools, it obtains source emission, parameters through the inversion of tvpical coupling optimizationalgorithms, online simulates the difusion process of air pollutants, estimates the time-series change emissions ofvarious air pollutants, gives early warnings and forecasts for heavily polluted weather conditions, and providesideas and technical support for solving environmental pollution problems.
