技术简介

根据延长石油集团不同行业的NOx排放特征，研究低温SCR催化剂及其成型制备工艺，同时研究相应的还原剂加注设备、低温SCR反应器等关键技术，开发出低温选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝工艺。所需设备：电加热器及烟箱模块、SCR反应器模块、脱硝还原剂制备模块、增压风机模块、电气仪表设备等。

Introduction

According to the NOx emission characteristics of different industries of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum, the lowtemperature SCR catalyst and its molding preparation process were studied, and the corresponding reducingagent injection equipment, low-temperature SCR reactor and other key technologies were also studied to developthe low-temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) flue gas denitrification process. Required equipment:electric heater and smoke box module, SCR reactor module, denitration reducing agent preparation modulebooster fan module,electricalinstrument equipment, etc.
