通过采取窑外生态化前处理和窑内无害化、资源化后处置结合的技术原理，先对生活垃圾进行预均化处理，实现水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾的减量化、资源化、无害化、可能源化工业应用。

Introduction

By adopting the technical principle of combining ecological pre-treatment outside the kiln with harmless and recycling post-treatment in the kiln,domestic garbage is pre-homogenized first to realize the reduced,recycling,harmless and energy-available industrial application of domestic garbage co-treated in cement kilns.
