技术简介

焚烧炉排采用“多级往复式顺推+翻动”机械炉排炉设备，烟气通过“SNCR+半干法+干法+活性炭吸附+布袋除尘”组合工艺处理后日均值达到欧盟2010排放标准。渗滤液处理系统采用“预处理+高效厌氧IOC+好氧A/O+超滤+化学软化+微滤+反渗透”工艺处理后的产水在厂内回用。

Introduction

For the incinerator grate,the "multi-stage reciprocating forward pushing +tilting"mechanical grate equipment is adopted,and the daily average value of flue gas reaches EU 2010 emission standard after treatment using the combined process of "SNCR+semi-dry method+dry method +activated carbon adsorption +bag dust removal".The produced water treated by the leachate treatment system with the process of "pre- treatment+high-efficiency anaerobic lOC+aerobic A/O+ultrafiltration +chemical softening+microfiltration + reverse osmosis"is reused in the plant.
