该技术针对电石渣排放量大,粒径分布不均一、杂质及非活性大颗粒含量较高,用于烟气脱硫过程对脱硫效率及脱硫石膏的二次利用具有较大影响的问题,重点突破电石渣短程回用过程的重力场多级杂质快速分离、危害组分在线监测等系列技术,实现脱硫效率提升和石膏产品结构协同调控,解决产业聚集区的电石渣利用难题。
Introduction
The technology addresses the heavy discharge, uneven particle size distribution, high impurities andinactive large particles contents of calcium carbide slag, which significantly impact the desulfurization efficiencyand secondary utilization of desulfurization gypsum in flue gas desulfurization process. it has madebreakthroughs in gravity field multi-stage rapid separation of impurities, online monitoring of hazardouscomponents and other series of technologies in the process of short-range reuse of calcium carbide slag andachieved improved desulfurization efficiency and gypsum product structure synergistic control, thus mitigatingthe challenge in calcium carbide slag reuse in industrial clusters.
